We would like to introduce you to our executive fully furnished five bedroom villa which was built in 2005 on the exclusive development of Orange Tree in Orlando, Florida.
This new villa is on a premium plot overlooking a lake and conservation area situated just off Highway 27 and is only 9 miles from Disney World.
The development boasts numerous facilities including tennis courts, a basketball court, soccer/baseball field and tots playground all enclosed by Orange Groves. The Villa has it's own private heated extra large non chlorine swimming pool and jacuzzi.
We're especially proud of the fact that Ayers Villas are suitable for the disabled traveller and are wheelchair friendly with Pool Hoist and Wheel In Shower.
The villa is a modest 20 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and only 9 miles from the entrance of Walt Disney World which is an absolute must for everyone in your party and not just the children!
Orange Tree is not only ideally situated for the attractions in the area but is perfect for getting onto all the major routes in and out of Orange Tree, enabling you and your party to easily navigate the area and make the most of your stay in Florida.
Now here comes the good bit - the price!
At Ayers Florida Villas we know how important it is to provide quality accommodation at an affordable price...... that's why we charge an inclusive hire charge of only ?700 ($1200.00) per week.
This ?700 includes all taxes and pool heating if required. This price is constant from January 1st 2007 through to December 31st 2008. There are no hidden charges, no hidden extras. Be assured that when you book an Ayers Florida Villas you won't be charged any extra for visiting in the school holidays or over the Christmas period.
We require a ?150 deposit per week which is to be paid at the time of booking.
A refundable security deposit of ?200 is also required with the final payment. Stays of 7 days or less will be subject to a ?50 cleaning charge.
The Villa accommodation is laid out on one floor and comprises of five bedrooms and four bathrooms and sleeps up to twelve people. The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed and has an en suite bathroom with a luxuriously large bath, separate walk in shower, his and hers sinks and toilet. There is a door leading directly to the Lanai area and a separate walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed with built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom which includes bath, shower, toilet and sink unit. There is also a door which leads directly onto the Lanai area. Bedroom 3 is also a twin room with built in wardrobes. Bedroom 4 is also a twin room with built in wardrobes. Both rooms 3 and 4 share the use of bathroom 3. Bedroom 5 has a double bed with built in wardrobes and has been adapted to have an en suite wheel in shower room with toilet and sink facilities.
These are all wheelchair accessible and a shower chair is available on request. The Great Room is the main lounge area of the villa, spacious and comfortable where you can relax after a fabulous day enjoying the sights and sounds of Florida. The Great Room also has a sofa bed.
The villa has two dining areas. One is designed to be a more formal separate Dining Room,whereas there is also an informal dining area which has been beautifully incorporated into the kitchen design. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and waste disposal unit.
The large Great room has plenty of comfortable seating and a large television with cable TV. There is a wonderful generously sized patio area with a selection of sun loungers and other patio furniture.
There is a fully equipped utility room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. The villa has as standard a double garage. A travel cot, highchair,buggy, steriliser and baby monitors are available on request.
The villa is fully wheelchair accessible with ramps to the front and rear for easy access. The fifth bedroom has an en suite wheel-in shower room with grab rails and easy access for the toilet and sink.
A shower chair and pool hoist is available on request. he villa boasts it's own private extra large non chlorine heated pool and jacuzzi which looks out onto the lake and conservation area.
