Andrea's Orlando Villa

Andrea's Orlando Villa is a larger than average privately owned executive 4 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom detached villa with its own private south facing heated pool, spa and secure garden located in the quiet residential community of Pinewood Country Estates.

Our villa is only a 10 - 15 minute drive from the gates of Disney and is just minutes from the newly developed Champions Gate PGA golf courses. There are numerous golf courses within a short driving distance, check out our golf page for details.

Our home is luxuriously furnished to accommodate eight guests. It has 2000 sq foot of fully air conditioned space and has ceiling fans in every room, including the lanai (the covered patio area by the pool).

All telephone calls including long distance and international are now free to our guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. There is also a breakfast area with table and chairs that has patio doors leading to the pool.

The spacious lounge has 3 sofas, cable TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo System and a selection of books and games. There is a separate dining room accessed from the kitchen or hallway and a utility room with an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The master suite is on ground level and has a king size bed and TV. Patio doors lead onto the pool deck. The en-suite facilities include a deep bath, separate shower and twin vanity basins.

Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and overlooks the pool. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. One is Mickey Mouse themed and has a Playstation 2. All of our bedrooms have cable tv.

The upstairs bathroom has a bath, shower and twin vanity basins.
