There is also a lovely patio area, which is ideal for kids to play on and also to enjoy a family barbecue.

There's a big TV with a DVD player, and three large, comfortable couches, perfect for nights in with a movie and a big bowl of popcorn! The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances, such as a cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and cooking utensils.
