Pearl Villa is our luxury 4 Bed/3 Bath fully air conditioned vacation home on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. It has a large private heated pool and is furnished to the highest standards with many upgraded features to make your vacation truly special.
The location is ideal for those looking for a relaxed golfing vacation or for families and friends looking to explore all things Disney and Orlando's numerous theme parks and attractions. Southern Dunes is off of the US HWY 27, approx. 20 minutes from all the major Disney Parks, and near to attractions such as Bok Tower Gardens and Fantasy of Flight.
It is a well established gated community with all villas surrounding the golf course. It has 24hr security at the gatehouse making it a safe and secure place for all to stay.
The featurs of our vacation home are :
POOL: The Sunny Pool is South West facing and has a large sundeck with 6 luxury padded sunbeds and sun umbrella. The covered porch with patio table and chairs is perfect for outside dining or a cool drink by the pool. There is a safety fence that runs along the whole length of the pool for the safety of small children. This can be removed at the discretion of our guests. For nightime swims the pool has under water lighting. We have free Solar heating but additional electric heating for the winter months is available upon request.
GAMES ROOM: Has a 7ft pool table and a full size air hockey table. Portable fans to keep you cool.
BEDROOMS: 1 Master King, Queen and 2 Twins. All rooms are a good size and have cable TV and DVD players, wardrobe closets, dressers and or chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps. The 2 main bedrooms have ceiling fans and a comfy chair if you want to curl up and watch tv.
BATHROOMS: There are 3 bathrooms in the house: The master bathroom has a large garden tub bath, walk in shower, vanity sink with overhead lighting, towel closet, hairdryer and a separate room with shelves and hangers for all your clothes, large enough to store your suitcases until your return home. The family bathroom upstairs has a full bath with overhead shower, vanity sink with overhead lighting, towel closet and hair dryer. Downstairs is the smaller shower room with a vanity sink and overhead lighting.
LIVING AREA: The ground floor living space is open plan and the Family Room is the central area. It has 3 large comfy sofas. 32" flat screen cable TV with over 100 channels to watch. For you entertainment there is a DVD player, Play Station 2, books and board games. Tables and lamps add to the homely atmosphere.
A separate SITTING ROOM and DINING ROOM away from the main family room the sitting room has a 3 seater sofa and CD player if you want to relax and chill out. The formal dining room has a table and seating for six people.
The fully fitted KITCHEN has a ceramic top stove, oven, built in microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker and fresh filtered water, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, and plenty of glasses, crockery and oven ware.
Our BREAKFAST NOOK has a table and seating for 4 people and overlooks the pool area.
LAUNDRY ROOM : Fully equipped with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club
Opened in 1993, Southern Dunes is an upscale daily fee course that continues to receive numerous awards from the golf industry. The charm and appeal of the club, comes from the friendly staff and unique characteristics of the course. The course offers players of all abilities the opportunity to play and enjoy one of the most challenging and beautiful courses in Central Florida. This dramatic hillside layout stretches to over 7,200 yards and features 100ft. of elevation changes, not typically found in Central Florida. Five sets of tees welcome golfers of all skill levels to enjoy risk/reward opportunities, through extensive mounding and strategically placed bunkers. The design is enhanced by the well maintained playing surfaces.
Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club has it's own clubhouse with restaurant and bar. There is a fishing lake; tennis courts, communal swimming pools and a children's play area, all within walking distance of our home. Within a 10 minute walk outside of the community you will find a 24hr Wal-Mart, petrol station, bank, restaurants, Blockbuster video and smaller outlet stores.
