Richmond House is a five bedroom, 2005 custom-built dream villa. The villa is tailored to meet the needs of those wishing to holiday in the most desired location in Orlando: The Hamlet at Westhaven.

Fully furnished with a luxurious spa and pool, Richmond House indulges the visitor in relaxation and comfort, perfectly complementing lavish days spent touring Orlando.

Located on CR-54, just off I-4, the villa is within one mile of the Champions Gate Golf Resort, and is within a few minutes' drive of some of Orlando's many famous attractions such as Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. Snugly situated near scintillating beaches, such as Cocoa Beach, it also provides quick access to other attractions such as shopping malls, restaurants, and the Kennedy Space Center.

The double-storey villa is equipped with all the elements of luxury to make dreams come true. The spacious family room, equipped with 51� TV, DVD and home theater system, provides ample relaxation space. The living room, with elegant couches, is an excellent place for guests to meet, while the upstairs games loft boasts a snooker table, foosbal table, Playstation 2 and a selection of board games. An upstairs chill out area includes TV, DVD, and CD Midi System. The five bedrooms offer ample space, with one King (en suite bathroom), two Queen, and two twin rooms, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably hosting a total of 10 adults.

The villa offers excellent self-catering facilities, including a laundry. A state of the art kitchen (with all necessary appliances and stainless steel accessories), two dining spaces and a breakfast nook ensure excellent dining and hosting. Free local and UK calls are also offered. An in-house safe ensures peace of mind, while supreme relaxation is guaranteed with the magnificent Art Deco heatable private pool (with granite patio furniture), and a spa. The twin garage ensures safety of cars.
