Accommodation at Our fab Villa consists of: The four bedrooms at Our fab Villa are big and beautiful! The master suite has cable TV and VCR, lots of closet space and a large en suite bathroom. The other rooms also have TV sets in them and the junior suite even has a Playstation 2 console with plenty of games for the younger guests.
The living room is an absolute dream with its entertainment system. This open-planned area contains both the formal dining room, as well as the comfortable lounge. It is here that guests can relax, put their feet up and watch one of the great family movies provided on DVD, or even just the cable television. Our fab Villa is fully air-conditioned for your comfort at all times of the year.
The kitchen at Our fab Villa is lovely for both baking and cooking big family meals, as it is fully equipped with every essential appliance and gadget! There is also a separate laundry room available with an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and even an iron and an ironing board, ensuring that all your clothes are pressed neatly.
Perhaps the best feature of Our fab Villa is the unbelievable games room! This room is the host to lots of fun and laughter with its pool table, table tennis, darts board, air hockey and even foos ball table as well as Ice hockey table! Kids will spend many hours enjoying the activities in this room, giving the adults some time to themselves.

The swimming pool is wonderful with its underwater lighting, allowing guests to swim at night as well. There are also chairs and a table on the sun deck, making for a great meal outside in the open air, and you won't have to worry about the heat, as there is a shaded lanai outside. There are also barbecue facilities with a state of the art gas grill, for guests to enjoy on sunny days. And one of the best experiences for stress relief is the range 39 jet hot tub with its warm water and bubbles!
Guests can also make use of the tennis court and volleyball court plus the basketball court within the secure complex of Weston Hills. There is also a kiddies aquatic play pool and play ground for their entertainment.
Our fab Villa is perfectly located close to the new Walmart Supercentre, where you can purchase all sorts of fantastic things and various groceries for your meals. There are numerous theme parks nearby, including Disney and Sea World, not to mention the many beautiful parks, like Lake Louisa and beaches.
