Located in the exclusive guard gated Windsor Hills enclave, our villa is only 2 1/2 miles from Walt Disney World. Also minutes away are Universal Studios, Sea World, golf courses, shopping malls and many restaurants. Florida's famed palm tree studded beaches are just a short drive away. A true tropical paradise with their turquoise blue water and Snow White sand beaches.

Our villa gives everyone the space and privacy usually lacking when sharing a hotel room. You would be Dopey to stay in a hotel when our villa offers so much more for your money. Comfortable living room, full kitchen, washer, dryer, game room, private screened-in pool and spa are just a few of the many amenities our villa has to offer. When you get Sleepy, everyone gets their own privately located bedroom with cable TV and full bathroom. So don't be Bashful, stay at Grumpy's Getaway and have the vacation of a lifetime!

Our Villa

Our 5 bedroom/5 bath pool home features over 2400 square feet of centrally air conditioned/heated living space. Perfect for larger families or several families, located in the exclusive guard gated Windsor Hills Resort. Situated 2 miles from Disney's door, this "home away from home" is the perfect base to explore the attractions of central Florida. Our large 1st floor family room is comfortably furnished with queen sofa bed, overstuffed loveseat, chair, coffee table and end tables. This room is perfect for entertaining and socializing with its 35 inch TV, VCR/DVD player, XBOX & games, movies, portable radio/cd/cassette player, books, board games & toddler toys. We also feature free long distance calls including international calls & free high speed wireless internet.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and snacks to be eaten in the kitchen, dining room or al fresco by the pool. Step outside under the shaded lanai, there's a crystal clear private screened-in pool and raised spa with southern exposure, BBQ grill & pool toys. Our spa was recently upgraded with extra bubblers to make it more a powerful whirlpool effect. A perfect spot for you and your guests to splash around, sunbathe and enjoy the warm Florida sunshine. The pool is provided with a removable child safety fence should you need it. Optional pool/spa heat is recommended during the winter months.

The garage game room is sure to keep everyone entertained with pool table, air hockey, ping pong, electronic double hoop basketball and electronic darts. We provide 2 sets of men's golf clubs with pull carts to be used at the local courses. There is also a full sized washer and dryer, giving you the convenience of packing and carrying fewer luggages.

Sleeping accommodations include 5 privately located bedrooms, each with cable TV and their own full bath. The first floor master bedroom enjoys a king sized bed with an in-suite bathroom, featuring his 'n' her mirrored vanity basins, shower and privacy toilet. The second master has a queen bed, in-suite bath with sink, shower and privacy toilet. Also on the first floor is a kid's Disney themed bedroom, with two twin beds, Disney TV and video games, steps away from a full bath. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms. The first is a king bedroom with full bathroom. The second is a Disney themed kid's room perfect for three with a set of bunks, twin bed, Disney TV and video games, steps away from a full bath. For the little ones we provide free use of a restaurant-style high chair, umbrella stroller, baby pack-n-play, baby monitor, portable indoor child safety gate & child bed rail.

Our villa is located in beautiful Windsor Hills, a guard gated community only 2 miles from Disney. The community clubhouse features a resort style pool with water slide, a clubhouse with game room, billiard room, fitness room and a small private cinema showing the latest films. There is also a children's playground, putting green, basketball and tennis courts.
